Cancellation & Return/ Exchange Policy
- For order cancellation you can write an email hublimin@gmail.com or send message on what’s app number. Our expert will assist you and will give live update for cancellation.
- Return will issue an exchange or replacement for any product but product should be in undamaged, condition and in its original packaging. You can raise your concern within next 3 days of the delivery date.
- Missing items, wrong order or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We only offer exchanges; we do not offer any refunds. We will not accept returns of products bought from third party websites or physical stores. You will receive a call or an email once your return is processed or in any scenario which is related to your parcel.
- All returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
- We will not exchange opened or used products. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
- Although we have tried to accurately show the actual color of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using.
Delivery Policy - National & International
- After order confirmation you will get the tracking details in next 4-5 hours, on registered contact number and email id.
- Your order will delivered through courier partners and every delivery moments will update by them only on their official website.
- Deliveries to remote cities may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.
- All returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
- If the order is showing delivered but you have not received the parcel physically, then you should raise the issue to us within 48 business hours.
- Order cancellation is not possible after dispatched and delivery details like address, contact no. and delivery pincode can not be changed or modified.
- If parcel is destroyed or effected in any way due to natural calamities, the client has to wait until order reaches back to office. Delivery will be reinitiated once the product is delivered safely back to the office.
- For international clients, our team will call and will place an order on your behalf.
